Farmhouse er en landvilla fra slutningen af det 19. århundrede ved havet. Sidste restaurering sluttede i 2011, og villaen blev omdannet til dejlige lejligheder. Alle materialer, der bruges til konstruktion, er naturlige som træ og marmor, og lejlighederne blander stilfuldt komfort og personlighed. Terracotta fliser udendørs og antikke sten, der hørte til den gamle villa.

Vinduesrammer og skodder af træ og det naturlige røde maleri til ydervæggene, der giver friskhed om sommeren og varmt om vinteren.

Det er virkelig et land tilbagetog ved havet, det ideelle sted at ånde ilt og duftene i skoven.

Vores gæster kan vælge stranden eller en dejlig gåtur op til toppen af bakkerne for at opdage skjulte landsbyer og ukendte stier. Villaens smukke placering er perfekt til at nå mange interessante byer som Sarzana, Lucca, Pisa og endda Firenze med en dagstur.
