Position : stuehuset er en ægte toscansk drøm beliggende i naturparkens bakker. Skråningen bag ejendommen og omkring hele ejendommen er fyldt med cypresser og naturlige Alberese klippeformationer.

Ejendommen : er omgivet af oliventræer og ejerens familie fortsætter traditionen, der gør bondehusets olivenolie til en af de bedste i Toscana. Landet omkring 5 hektar er blevet holdt i sin naturlige tilstand, så alle planterne blomstrer rigeligt: fra røde valmuer til gule calendulas, fra violette anemoner til iris og tulipaner langs stenvæggenes kanter.

Interiør : gruppen af bygninger består af et bondehus fra 1200-tallet opdelt i fire lejligheder med møbleret udeareal, ved siden af både privat og fælles indgang ligger et middelaldertårn, opdelt i to luksuslejligheder med hver sit private udeområde.

I nærheden af swimmingpoolen er der en lille, uafhængig studiefest gemt blandt oliventræerne med en privat have og grill. Ejendommen er den mest kunstneriske renovering, du nogensinde har set. Lejlighederne er fuldstændig restaureret og møbleret med antikviteter. De fleste lejligheder er udstyret med satellit-tv, aircondition og jacuzzi. Der er også en swimmingpool på.

The Farmhouse arrangerer smagninger, frokoster, middage efter reservation og kan være vært for begivenheder såsom bryllupper, fødselsdage, dimissionsfester og endda forretningsmøder.

NB .: Restauranten fungerer kun efter reservation, i det omkringliggende område er der typiske toscanske restauranter og trattoriaer.
