Beliggenhed : det er beliggende tæt på de historiske byer Siena, Firenze, San Gimignano og Volterra.

Den berømte lille landsby Castellina in Chianti med sine butikker og fremragende restauranter ligger kun 5 km væk. Alle kunstbyer i Toscana kan nemt besøges på daglig basis fra vores Farmhouse.

Lufthavne: Pisa International Airport (95 km) har 5 direkte flyvninger om ugen fra/til New York, og lavprisflyvninger med Ryan Air og Easy Jet til de fleste europæiske byer. Firenze Lufthavn er også godt forbundet til de fleste af de store europæiske byer.

Beskrivelse : den over 300 år gamle bygning, fuldstændig restaureret af dens beboede ejere, i Classic Chianti-området i det centrale Toscana.

En stor swimmingpool med panoramaudsigt er for nylig blevet tilføjet til ejendommen. (størrelse: 14 x 6 meter - ca. 45' x 18') med liggestole, parasoller, bord og stole, brusebad, omklædningsrum og opholdsrum, er omgivet af urtepotter og roser.

Ejendommen har 20 ha jord med over 1500 oliventræer og en vingård. Vores bondegård producerer kun økologiske Chaintii Classico, IGT toscanske vine og ekstra jomfru olivenolie. Den ekstra jomfru olivenolie og den klassiske chianti produceret på gården kan købes direkte fra ejerne. Frokost eller middag er tilgængelig for vores gæster på tidligere bestilling.

Indkvartering : Farmhouse har kun tre lejligheder til leje, derfor er privatliv og en perfekt afslapning garanteret for folk, der ønsker at komme væk fra mængden.

Alle lejligheder er fuldt trøstede, der er aircondition i sommermånederne og uafhængig centralvarme i den kølige sæson. Vaskemaskine til rådighed.

Lejlighederne udlejes pr. uge (begyndende lørdag) eller, hvis de er tilgængelige uden for sæsonen, i weekender.

En golfklub med 18 huller er i Grassina, ved siden af Firenze.

“Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten die Wohnung Il Melo. Jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen Garten, der von den anderen mit Büschen getrennt ist. So ist man ungestört. Die kleine Küche war gut ausgestattet, das Bett sehr weich, aber bequem. Es ist allerdings nur ca. 120 cm breit. Der große Pool ist wirklich toll und da es insgesamt nur 3 Wohnungen gibt, hat man ihn quasi für sich. Zur Schotterpiste, die zum Gut führt: Man muss auf dieser ca. 5 Minuten ab der Abzweigung von der Straße von Casellina nach Poggibonsi fahren. Die Piste ist gut zu befahren. Wir hatten mit unserem Mietwagen keine Probleme! Und der Vorteil der Abgeschiedenheit ist, dass es wirklich sehr ruhig ist!”
