Adgang til huset omgivet af en rummelig og indhegnet have, er af en privat vej på omkring 500 meter (med elektronisk styret port), som fører direkte til den lille landsbys centrum.

Til gæsternes samlede rådighed er: rummelig have med grill, bordtennis, swimmingpool (10 x 5 meter) med liggestole og en privat parkeringsplads.

Ejerne kan tilbyde traditionelle toscanske måltider (minimum 6 personer) og morgenmad efter anmodning (betales lokalt) og lave lækre hjemmebagte kager og kiks til morgenmad, frokost og middag.

“We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in appartement. Het uitzicht vanaf ons terras was geweldig, het appartement was ruim en prima (precies wat we ervan hadden verwacht). Lekker (gedeeld) zwembad met eigen bedjes voor ieder gezelschap. Wij hebben een heerlijk, rustige vakantie gehad hier. Het dorpje is erg klein, dus je moet eigenlijk overal met de auto heen. 2 pizzeria's zitten op loopafstand, wel een steil stuk om te lopen :-)”
