Beliggenhed: Feriehuset er en lille gammel landsby i det XVI århundrede, placeret på de fortryllende bakker i det toscanske landskab, der omfavner Firenze .

Feriehuset, omgivet af et betagende panorama af vinmarker, oliventræer og cypresser, er blevet fuldstændig restaureret, idet den bevarede tidens oprindelige struktur og bevarede de mest antydende detaljer om det typiske gamle landsted.

Lejligheder: alle de 15 ferielejligheder har egen indgang. Nogle få har også en lille eksklusiv have, andre en terrasse og lejlighederne på første sal, en balkon.

Firenze - Historic Center - Det kan nås med offentlig transport linje 31-32 fra Grassina på bare 15 minutter.
Greve in Chianti, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa og Lucca - alt sammen inden for 90 km.

“Absolutely adored this place. Spent several busy, long days in Rome and was looking forward to some peace, quiet and connection in Tuscany, near Florence, but not in. This beautifully kept spacious retreat in simple, understated & comfortable apartments brought us back to the basics of just being and not always doing. We took Luigi up on the cooking classes and Maurizio and his wife Julia were awesome! A memory we will have forever…my teens and twenty somethings swung on the children’s swings, I meandered and took photos of the surrounding countryside at sunrise…it was a quick, incredible experience. I love that we had a car and got to drive the beautiful off the beaten path road! It’s only 15 minutes from Florence and the town of Grassina is precious. Will never forget and highly recommend!”

“Die Anlage und unsere Wohnung waren sehr schön, die Landschaft herum war traumhaft, typisch toskanisch,, der Pool oberhalb der Wohnungen war groß genug zum Schwimmen und mit einem tollen Blick auf die toskanisches Landschaft. Die Lage war gut, relativ nah an Florenz, und das nahe Dorf Grassina mit Restaurants und kleinem Laden war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen in ca. 1,5 km Entfernung.”
