Bondegården på 90 hektarer består af tre attraktive stenbondehuse, der er typiske for regionen, som er omhyggeligt restaureret i otte komfortable lejligheder. Husene ligger i en rolig beliggenhed med en dejlig udsigt og nås ad en uoprettet vej ca. 1,5 km lang.

Bondegården på 90 hektarer består af tre attraktive stenbondehuse, der er typiske for regionen, som er omhyggeligt restaureret i otte komfortable lejligheder. Husene ligger i en rolig beliggenhed med en dejlig udsigt og nås ad en uoprettet vej ca. 1,5 km lang.

Der er små lejligheder med 1 soveværelse og 1 badeværelse (type A), større lejligheder med 2 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser (type B) og en uafhængig villa / hytte. Hver bolig har egen indgang, ekstern privat loggia med sæder, værktøj til køkkenet og tv.

Ved fuld gæsters rådighed er der en stor have udstyret med havemøbler, grill, lille fodboldbane, en fiskesø og en 6 x 12 m swimmingpool. Fælles vaskemaskine er tilgængelig. Gården producerer ekstra jomfru olivenolie med det gamle kolde møllesten system, Sangiovese vin, honning, trøfler og biologiske grøntsager.

I et par minutters kørsel på rækkevidde Rapolano Terme, berømte termiske centrum.
