Ejendommen er en gammel gårdturistkompleks, der er placeret midt i en oliventrælund, på bakkerne i Sabina-regionen, i nærheden af den lille middelalderlige landsby San Polo og tæt på det smukke romanske Vescovio Abbey. Det er placeret i det nordlige Latium, på grænsen til Umbrien og kun 40 minutters kørsel fra Rom. Stedet er forbundet med hovedstaden via adskillige nationale veje og af motorvejen A1, samt af en meget bekvem jernbanevej, med flere daglige returkonvojer. Dette gør det nemt muligt at besøge den evige stad i løbet af dagen, mens du hviler dig komfortabelt, under de kølige og rolige nætter på landet.

Ejendommen tilbyder sine gæster en bondegård og lejligheder hentet fra hovedhuset for at tilbringe ferien.

“Le gîte est très bien situé, en campagne avec une très belle vue. Nous étions bien installés.
