Denne villa er beliggende i hjertet af Chianti , i det åbne landskab. Omgivet af olivenmarker og vinmarker, er det en perfekt beliggenhed i toscansk stil nedsænket i fred og afslapning, halvvejs mellem Firenze og Siena.

Villaen er opdelt i lejligheder, renoveret og indrettet i typisk toscansk stil, som kan lejes separat eller samlet for grupper på op til 24 personer.

Tjenester

  • En velholdt have omgiver villaen, vores gæster kan frit slentre rundt på vores ejendom, som består af over 20 hektar jord.
  • Vores 15m lange x 7,5m brede swimmingpool ligger i en panoramisk position.
  • Swimmingpoolen og udstyr såsom liggestole, parasoller, liggestole er tilgængelige for vores gæster for at nyde fuldt afslappende eftermiddage.
  • Efter anmodning vil vi gerne lave typiske toscanske middage til vores gæster.

Hvad skal man gøre
Ved din ankomst vil vi give dig al information til ture for at opdage de smukkeste og mest karakteristiske landsbyer i regionen.
Efter anmodning bestiller vi billetter til vores gæster på Uffizi-museet eller Accademia-museet i Firenze, for at undgå lange ventekøer.

“Very nice apartment (Family) with a terass that we used a lot. The place was very relaxed and easy going, everything you needed to wind down. The pool area was also vey nice. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, a typical tuscan landscape, with wine and olive trees. Stefano was an excellent host! Would definitely go there again.”

“Nos llevamos un gran recuerdo, por su privilegiada posición, en el corazón de la Toscana, a unos veinte minutos en coche de Florencia, Siena y otras poblaciones como San Gimignano o Monteriggioni y sus preciosos atardeceres desde la terraza. Nos alojamos en el apartamento Focolare, espacioso, cómodo y acogedor, que se compone de una habitación de matrimonio y un sofá cama situado en el comedor. Destacaría la excelente atención del propietario de la propiedad, el señor Stefano, que se defiende en un correcto español y eso siempre se agradece. Nada más llegar nos obsequió con una botella de vino rosado bien fresquito y nos dio unos consejos para visitar la zona del Chianti. La zona de la piscina es de lo mejor después de una larga jornada haciendo turismo Si se deciden alojarse en esta propiedad comprobaran como la mayoría de sus huéspedes son de nacionalidad estadounidense e italiana. Por último decir que no olvidaremos nunca las cenas en la terraza bebiendo un Chianti observando el atardecer Toscano.”
