Ejendommen er et ideelt hjem til afslapning. Bygget i sten i begyndelsen af 1900-tallet i Capannori nær Lucca, renoveret i 2003 med respekt for dets oprindelige karakteristika, mandolaterne, træbjælkerne og stenvæggene.

Oprindeligt hvor lejlighederne ligger nu, var der ladet og stalden.

Huset ligger i det toscanske landskab, få kilometer fra Luccas historiske centrum. Fødested for maestro Giacomo Puccini. En måde at besøge Lucca bedst på er ved at se på det oppefra og for at gøre det blot klatre op over dets mægtige vægge, Guinigi-tårnet eller klatre op ad de 207 trin af Torre delle Ore.
