Loggia-lejligheden ligger på første sal i stuehuset, der kan nås via stentrapper, der fører til den store overdækkede terrasse med en vidunderlig udsigt over Pierles slot, perfekt til at spise, læse eller slappe af udendørs. Stuen, meget stor og lys, har en sofa, lænestole, tv, stereoanlæg og en gammel stenpejs fra slutningen af det nittende århundrede.

Adskilt af en bue er køkkenet komplet med alt hvad du behøver for en uafhængig ferie, inklusive en opvaskemaskine. Øverst på trappen er der tre soveværelser.

Det ene badeværelse serverer et soveværelse med dobbeltseng, mens det andet badeværelse tjener både det andet dobbeltværelse og soveværelset med 2 enkeltsenge.

Alle værelser har en fantastisk udsigt. Fra stuen i Loggia, gennem en dobbelt indvendig adskillelsesdør, der sikrer maksimal stilhed, får du adgang til det fjerde soveværelse med dobbeltseng med privat badeværelse og via en intern trappe går du ned til stueetagen, hvor der er et andet badeværelse, og det er muligt at tilføj et andet rum.
