MALVAROSA-trulloen, 5 sovepladser, er den seneste tilføjelse til husene i Eutopia. Resultatet af en dygtig renovering og udvidelse af en gammel trullo fra det 18. århundrede, som har bibeholdt alle de gamle konstruktionstræk og samtidig bruger moderne teknologier til at øge fornøjelsen ved at bo på landet. Induktionskogepladerne, minipoolen med hydromassage, gulvvarmen med pejs, varmepumpen og klimaanlægget til sommeren giver et behageligt ophold på alle årstider. Huset består af en stue med lænestole og sofa; et køkken med to køleskabe, elektrisk ovn, induktionskomfur, opvaskemaskine; to store soveværelser: et med dobbeltseng og det andet med 3 med enkeltsenge; to badeværelser, det ene med vaskemaskine. Udvendigt har strukturen to brusere, en mini-swimmingpool med hydromassage beskyttet af stenvægge og i den kolde årstid af et teleskopdæksel, en terrasse med et stenbord, en grill bygget med tørstensmur-teknikken. Malvarosa har en uafhængig indgang fra gaden og adgang til eksklusive tjenester på trods af at det er på samme 3 hektar store ejendom som de andre boligenheder i Eutopia, hvor der er en 10×4 meter infinity pool deles med de andre gæster.
