Volterra kom og besøg os for en mindeværdig toscansk ferie! Vores gård ligger i de smukke og fascinerende bakker omkring Volterra. Rundt omkring er dybgrønt om foråret, gyldent om sommeren og med mange brune nuancer om efteråret og vinteren.

Der er så meget at opdage her - Volterra med 3000 års historie, fra etruskerne til romerne gennem middelalderen og op til moderne tid er stadig en livlig by i hjertet af Toscana.

Du kan gå, cykle eller ride, men også bare slappe af eller besøge berømte byer i nærheden, såsom San Gimignano (15 km),

Siena (40 km),

Pisa (60 km),

eller Firenze (70 km).

“We had a nice apartment/house. The rooms were big enough for 4 people and all the necessary facilities were present. It is nicely situated on the top of a hill with splendid views over the neighbouring hills and fields. It is easily accessible via a short dirt road. It is very calm and quiet. They also have a nice swimming pool to cool down after a hot day. Angela and her family are really nice. They treated us with local wine and salumi. It is a very good place to discover the area of Volterra (San Gimignano, Certaldo, Siena) but you can also reach easily Firenze, Pisa, the coast, the Chianti region, etc.”

“Grande appartement avec une cuisine bien équipée. Il reste bien frais à l'intérieur la nuit qui est très confortable. Les alentours sont merveilleux et on se trouve dans un calme absolu. La piscine est absolument top! et il y a plein de jouets pour les enfants pour jouer. Propriétaires super gentils qui nos ont donnés du bon vin et des fruits en abondance. Séjour génial.”

“Excellent appartment (modern bathroom and equipped kitchen ) and at the same time it was authentic and "had a soul".
