Gården ligger på landet i Santa Maria la Palma, nær Alghero og de smukkeste strande på Riviera del Corallo , og tilbyder et ophold i naturens stilhed .

Omgivet af 12 hektar jord, er det det ideelle sted for dem, der ønsker at slappe af og værdsætte farverne og duftene i det sardinske landskab.

Denne familiedrevne gård producerer vindruer, olie og frugt.

Den italienske morgenmad serveres både i et indre rum og på den eksterne veranda.

Gården til stuehuset består af en stor og velholdt have med talrige århundredgamle oliventræer og bagerst i stuehuset er der en swimmingpool på 10 X 5 meter udstyret med et stort solarium.

Stuehuset har en hovedbygning med 7 værelser og en anden selvstændig bygning med 4 andre værelser.

Værelserne varierer i størrelse, fra 35 til 45 kvadratmeter, har lofter med træbjælker, de indvendige indgangsdøre samt garderobeskabene er udført af lokale håndværkere i massiv ask og indlagt i hånden.

Stuehuset er blevet fuldstændig restaureret, ved brug af materialer, der har gjort det muligt at opnå energiklassecertifikat A , med fuld respekt for det omgivende miljø.

Strukturen har et solcelleanlæg, der driver varme- og varmtvandsproduktionssystemet i løbet af dagen.

Komfort er garanteret af bygningens A-klassificering: kølig sommer og varm vinter.

“La propriété est très très bien située pour profiter de l’ensemble des sites magnifiques de la région. Un peu a l’écart d’Alghero où l’on accède rapidement, l’endroit est calme et reposant. Idéal pour les vacances. Le gîte offre des prestations de grande qualité. Chambre spacieuse, climatisation et belle salle de bain. L’extérieur est aussi à la hauteur, jardin bien entretenu, piscine et spa . L’accueil de Gennaro et Anna vous décontracte tout de suite. Le petit déjeuner est un délice avec les gateaux maison ainsi que les confitures. Gennaro connait les bonnes adresses et aide aussi,aux réservations. Cela facilite grandement . Toutes les adresses, restaurants, plages et excursions étaient excellentes. En résumé un sejour magnique”
