Stuehuset, der er bygget på en bakke 300 meter over havets overflade, er den ideelle destination for gæster, der søger en ferie tæt på naturen i det rolige på landet.

Det store gamle landsted, som ligger inde på ejendommen, går tilbage til midten af det 19. århundrede og tilbyder komfortabel, solrig indkvartering med nem adgang til behagelige vandreture i naturen i det nærliggende traditionelle italienske landbrugsland.

Huset er omgivet af 1000 kvm græsplæne og en stor veludstyret swimmingpool (15 X 7 meter) er åben fra maj til september.

Der er gynger og spil til børn, bordtennis, bordfodboldsæt og bænke og borde under århundredgamle egetræer.

En grill, et vaskeri og en overdækket parkeringsplads er til rådighed for gæsterne.

Der er et ridecenter 3 km fra huset og tennisbaner 5 km derfra.

“Il y en a beaucoup mais le cadre et la résidence sont magnifiques. La piscine est spacieuse et parfaitement équipée avec des transats, c'est une bénédiction surtout quand il fait chaud. Tout est fait avec beaucoup de goûts et les aménagements extérieurs sont ravissants. Les chambres sont très agréables et la literie est d'excellente qualité. Les appartements sont bien équipés. Et Stefania (la propriétaire) est de bon conseil et fait de la très bonne cuisine et nous nous sommes régalés avec ses plats. Grazie mille Stefania !”
