Stuehuset, der er bygget på en bakke 300 meter over havets overflade, er den ideelle destination for gæster, der søger en ferie tæt på naturen i det rolige på landet. Det store gamle landsted, der ligger inde på ejendommen, går tilbage til midten af det 19. århundrede og tilbyder komfortabel, solrig indkvartering med nem adgang til behagelige vandreture i naturen i det nærliggende traditionelle italienske landbrugsland.

Huset er omgivet af 1000 kvm græsplæne og en stor veludstyret swimmingpool (15 X 7 meter) er åben fra maj til september. Der er gynger og spil til børn, bordtennis, bordfodboldsæt og bænke og borde under århundredgamle egetræer. En grill, et vaskeri og en overdækket parkeringsplads er til rådighed for gæsterne.

Der er et ridecenter 3 km fra huset og tennisbaner 5 km derfra. Grundlæggende varer kan købes i den lille landsby Pietraviva omkring 500 meter fra ejendommen, og i byen Ambra, 4 km væk, vil du finde et bredt udvalg af butikker.

“Das Haus und die Lage waren sehr schön. Die Aussicht war toll und es wehte oft ein Lüftchen , so dass man es auch im Hochsommer aushalten konnte . Der Pool war auch sehr schön und wurde jeden Tag kontrolliert und gereinigt ! Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Die Küche ist etwas klein , aber man konnte sich arrangieren. Das 4. Zimmer ist im Keller (kühl jedoch ohne Fenster mit Aussicht ) . Im Ganzen ist es aber ein tolles Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht und Lage , wo man sich toll erholen und ausspannen kann. Man kann tolle Ausflüge von dort machen !”
