Stuehuset ligger i et kuperet område, ca. 600 m over havets overflade. Fra gårdcentret er der en god panoramaudsigt over det omkringliggende harmonisk menneskeskabte landskab, med typiske spredte bondehuse, et miljø rigt på hjemmehørende trævegetation: ege, dunege, flodbevoksning, vildkvede, mispel og lyserøde... Stuehuset ligger i et kuperet område, ca. 600 m over havets overflade. Fra gårdcentret er der en god panoramaudsigt over det omkringliggende harmonisk menneskeskabte landskab, med typiske spredte bondehuse, et miljø rigt på hjemmehørende trævegetation: ege, dunege, flodbevoksning, vildkvede, mispel og lyserøde æbletræer.

Stuehuskomplekset er en typisk landlig bondegårdsbygning fra 1920'erne, der er blevet fuldstændig renoveret, mens dens arkitektoniske træk er bevaret.

Gården med gammel landbrugstradition startet i begyndelsen af 1900-tallet af den nuværende ejers bedstefar har som hovedaktivitet produktion af korn, olieholdige afgrøder og vinmarker.

Disse afgrøder giver mulighed for en kort tilgang til landbrugsfødevarekæden. På gården produceres svinepølser efter traditionelle metoder, hvidvin, rødvin og gårddyr opdrættes.
