Denne Agriturismo tilbyder, udover selvstændige værelser med badeværelse, smagfuldt indrettede lejligheder i toscansk stil, bestående af soveværelse, stor stue med tekøkken i murværk og granit, med sofa, badeværelse med bruseniche.

Lejlighederne på første sal, alle med forskellig panoramaudsigt, som omfavner bølgende bakker med agerjord, oliventræer og vinstokke, er: Salvia som har et fransk vindue; Rosmarin, den mest indsamlede, ideel til par; Basilico som tilbyder et dobbeltværelse som også kan rumme en enkeltseng til børn. I stueetagen finder vi Alloro-lejligheden, med adgang for handicappede.

Til rådighed for alle gæster en stor loggia udstyret med borde, stole og en grill, en infinity-swimmingpool, der er fuldstændig solrig, men udstyret med et lysthus til friske forfriskninger og helt omgivet af et betagende panorama, der skifter naturlige farver i de forskellige måneder, grøn, rød, gul, bronze.
