Den gamle bondegård dominerer ejendom på cirka 60 ha omgivet af skov og beliggende mellem Gubbio og Gualdo Tadino , med en suggestiv udsigt over den omkringliggende dal.

En præcis og raffineret enkelhed kendetegner 2 dobbeltværelser og 4 lejligheder med køkken, der kan rumme fra 2 til 6 personer. Nogle lejligheder er udstyret med en pejs, for at varme og muntre op selv de koldeste vinteraftener.

Ud over boligen tilbyder bondegården også en ægte og hjemmelavet restaurant med de autentiske smage af de mange produkter, der dyrkes i vores køkkenhave, en sæsonåben udendørs swimmingpool , en have og en terrasse.

Der er gratis WiFi overalt på hotellet samt tv og private badeværelser med toiletartikler, hårtørrer og bidet til hver løsning. Nogle enheder har også køkken med køleskab, minibar og komfur.
