Et smukt fritliggende hus af ny totalrenovering, med hensyn til genopretning af oprindelsen af toscanske bondehuse.

Det tager sit navn fra det fantastiske panorama over Siena og de suggestive bakker, der gør dette landskab til en af de smukkeste i verden.

Villa Siena er et hus egnet til par, der ønsker mere privatliv, men det er absolut behageligt selv for familier på 4 personer.

Indgangen har et stort vindue, der åbner ud til køkkenet, der er udstyret med alle vores bekvemmeligheder: en mikrobølgeovn, en traditionel ovn, en opvaskemaskine, et køleskab med fryser mv. Alt i høj kvalitet kirsebærtræ.

På samme etage som køkkenet er der også stuen med et stort vindue, der sammen med den smukke pejs er indstillingen for en '700 toskanske murstenbue.

Et badeværelse med en meget stor bruser definerer gulvet nedenfor.

En stor trappe giver adgang til øverste etage. Her er der et soveværelse med dobbeltseng med king size seng (med latexmadras for at sikre en god hvile) og med kirsebærtræ garderobe med 8 døre; et stort vinduesrammer hele Val d'Arbia.

På samme etage er der et andet mindre soveværelse med en køjeseng og et klædeskab, dette værelse har også et stort vindue med en smuk udsigt.

Det andet badeværelse med bad giver service til de to soveværelser, hvor i dine øjeblikke af afslapning, hvis nogensinde under et dejligt bad, kan du nyde det fantastiske panorama af Siena.

Huset har også en smuk privat terrasse hvor du kan nyde maksimal afslapning og nyde middage og udendørs frokoster nedsænket i et drømmelandskab.
