Ejendommen er omgivet af 45 hektar ejendom, blandt vinmarker, olivenlunde og skove , og strækker sig mellem byerne Tofori og San Gennaro, på den sydvendte skråning af Lucca Hills.

Bygget omkring villaen fra det syttende århundrede , er de gamle retsbygninger, der er typiske for Lucca-landskabet , engang hjemsted for landarbejdere og bønder, blevet trofast restaureret og bevaret deres oprindelige arkitektoniske karakter for at tilbyde gæstfrihed til alle dem, der ønsker at opleve oplevelsen af en bondegårdsferie i Toscana.

Farmens hovedprodukter er vores ekstra jomfru olivenolie og vores Colline Lucchesi DOC-vine. Gæster har inkluderet i deres ophold en guidet tur på gården og kælderen efterfulgt af en smagning af vores ekstra jomfru olivenolie og et udvalg af vores vine.

I strukturen har vi mange dyr, 2 ponyer, mere end 10 katte og frem for alt vores hund Lampo. Lampo er en kærlig schæferhyrde, der bor frit på gården og især elsker børn. Også af denne grund tager vi imod dyr, men kun efter anmodning, at vi vurderer fra sag til sag, og vi vil gerne undgå at have gæster, der er bange for hunde.

Ejendommen, med stenbygningerne i den gamle landsby, panoramaterrassen på den nye vingård, er en ideel ramme for arrangementer, møder og ceremonier generelt.
