Ejendommen er en del af gården, som traditionelt er dedikeret til dyrkning af landskabet, hvor den har boet i århundreder, som har omstruktureret den til en agriturisme, der har bevaret de oprindelige bondehuses typiske karakter og de karakteristiske toscanske afgrøder.

På toppen af bakken, i en dominerende position, er der stuehuset, hvorfra de fem lejligheder er blevet skabt, hvor vi er glade for at byde dig velkommen, den dejlige modtagelse, swimmingpoolen, hvorfra du kan nyde et spektakulært panorama fra San Gimignano til Apuan Alperne og en stor have med områder udstyret med borde og grill, mountainbikes. Lejlighederne er udstyret med terracotta gulve og lofter med bjælker og mursten, typisk for toscansk arkitektur.

Vi har tre lejligheder i stueetagen med privat loggia (Glicine, Edera, Girasole) og to lejligheder på første sal med udendørs plads i stueetagen til rådighed for alle gæster. Alle boliger har selvstændig varme/ventilator, satellit-tv, wi-fi.

Et par kilometer væk og let tilgængeligt både med bil og med tog er alle de store kunstbyer i Toscana og mange charmerende mindre byer, som vil fortrylle dig med deres skønhed og variation af farver og smag.
