Gårdens historie går tilbage til renæssancen, som bekræftet af historiske dokumenter indeholdt i Cerreto Guidis arkiver og også tilgængelige for inspektion i vores virksomhed.

I oldtiden var området besat af godset dækket af en tyk busk vild og utilgængelig. Under renæssancen blev stedet ifølge dokumenter med sikker oprindelse ejendom af en berømt og velhavende florentinsk familie, Adimari, som udvidede grænserne, byggede villaen og brugte dem som deres jagtstation.

Siden da har vores gård bevaret sine karakteristika uændret, som det fremgår af en charmerende jagthytte, stadig intakt i godsets skove, og en lille bygning til ly for lokkefugle, som gav sit navn til skoven: Volieren.

Dette bondehus bevarer en struktur af en typisk toscansk landsby, bestående af et hovedhus og to gård med udsigt over den traditionelle tærskeplads af landhukommelse. Hvert værelse er blevet omhyggeligt renoveret med respekt for den rustikke toscanske stil. Vi har dog ikke glemt med alle de bekvemmeligheder i det moderne liv: hver lejlighed er udstyret med satellit-tv, mikroovn, og har også direkte adgang til en smuk 8m til 12m pool. Her kan du tilbringe dejlige ferier, lullet af fornøjelsen af at bo i miljøer smagfuldt indrettet med antikviteter og inspireret af den gamle toscanske tradition.
