Vores kok Anna er ikke en kok, men en traditionel italiensk "mamma" klar til at afsløre sine hemmelige opskrifter for vores gæster. Vores madlavningssessioner finder sted i en afslappet og uformel atmosfære, hvor det at lære at forberede en typisk italiensk menu bliver en kulturel og følelsesmæssig oplevelse. “Mamma Anna” vil foreslå traditionelle toscanske retter, fra hjemmelavet pasta til lokalt kød og hendes mindeværdige Tiramisu. Efter lektionen vil gæsterne smage de tilberedte retter, ledsaget af vores fremragende Chianti Classico.

“The apartment was well appointed. Loved the balcony overlooking the vineyards. The restaurant was accommodating - prepared us a mid-day snack upon our arrival. The food was delicious. We very much enjoyed the cooking class and eating our meal after! The grounds are lovely to walk with many areas to sit and relax with a glass of the house wine. There were other castles, wineries, and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and made sure we were well cared for.”
