Stuehuset ligger i Ortezzano, en lille middelalderlandsby i floden Aso-dalen, i Fermo-provinsen (tidligere Ascoli Piceno-provinsen), Le Marche-regionen.

Beskrivelse: Stuehuset, dets landeveje, dets swimmingpool (18x6 kvm) omgivet af gamle oliventræer, står til kundernes rådighed.

Faktisk er det muligt at gå lange gåture midt mellem vinmarkerne, følge sæsonens landværker eller blot opholde sig i en perfekt og fredelig afslapning.

Gård: Stuehuset ligger midt i en 30 Ha gård, hvor dyrkningen er helt økologisk; den jævne grund er beplantet med frugttræer (blommer, pærer, ferskner), mens den bakkede grund er beplantet med vinmarker.

Vin: vinstokkene, der dyrkes på gården, producerer den berømte rødvin Rosso Piceno DOC (Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Merlot vinstokke) og den indfødte hvidvin Falerio (Trebbiano, Passerina, Pecorino vinstokke).

“Wundervoll gelegenes Haeuschen an den Haengen des Aso Tals. Gemma und Mariella, unsere sehr gastfreundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter haben hier an einem schoenen Fleckchen ein ideales Urlaubsrefugium geschaffen. Die Wohnung ist schoen eingerichtet und ist, fuer italienische Verhaeltnisse eher ungewoehnlich, fuer etwas kuehlere Tage sogar mit einer Fussbodenheizung ausgestattet, die ob des sehr launischen Wetters auch zum Einsatz kam. Die Anlage wirkt geplegt, der Pool laedt zu ausgiebigem Badevergnuegen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefuehlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. ”
