Beliggenhed: Villaen ligger på siden af en bakke inden for San Gimignanos kommunale grænser direkte på den oprindelige gamle grusvej, der fører til byen, med den bedste udsigt over de berømte tårne.

Den lille klynge af bygninger er perfekt beliggende midt i det pragtfulde toscanske landskab, omgivet af olivenplantager og vinmarker til produktion af fin olie af højeste kvalitet og duft, og Vernaccia, hvidvinen rost af Redi i hans Dithyrambic of Bacchus i Toscana.

Beskrivelse: Villaen blev restaureret med respekt for de forskellige arkitektoniske og historiske perioder, hvor den blev bygget, genvinding og valorisering af strukturerne og fremhævelse af de elementer og dele, der går tilbage selv så langt som middelalderen.

Sammensætning: Indkvarteringen er opdelt i lejligheder af forskellig størrelse og typologi for bedre at tilfredsstille gæsternes varierende behov.

NB .: I højsæsonen, fra 18. juni til 27. august, tager ejendommen ikke imod gæster under 13 år.

Tjenester: Bygningen er omgivet af en stor park med sekulære cypresser, hvor gæsterne kan slentre gennem store grønne områder, der bugner af planter, farverige blomster og typiske dufte.

For yderligere at slappe af i det fredelige toscanske landskab kan gæsterne også nyde en pergola med smedejernsborde og -stole og en stor swimmingpool (m 16 x 8).

“Loved this place which is located in the beautiful Tuscan hills only 4K from San Gimignano. Fabulous family staff who provided really personal service e.g. great touring recommendations. Recommend booking the restaurant for dinner (only open Fri /Sat nights) - delicious meal. Also recommend the cooking class offered by lovely local woman Patrizia! It was a fantastic experience and we really enjoyed sitting down afterwards eating our home cooked Tuscan meal on the terrace.”

Ses terrasses, jardins et piscine en font un endroit propre au repos et le must c'est la table d'hôte proposée 3 soirs par semaine Simona, Sandra et Famille. Notre appartement était agréablement décoré, propre et la literie confortable. De multiples services sont proposés pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. La propriété se trouve proche de San Gimignano et à une 20 de km de Siena.
