Dette pragtfulde bondehus er beliggende i hjertet af en landsby fra det 18. århundrede, som ejes af familien, der administrerer det. Nedsænket i en oase af fred og ro blandt oliventræer, appelsintræer, bambus og eukalyptus, er det de ideelle rammer for en ferie med familie eller venner.

Beliggende i Sellia Marina, en lille by nær Catanzaro, få hundrede meter fra det krystalklare vand i Det Ioniske Hav og kun en halv times kørsel fra den vidunderlige Sila-skove.

Svømmehallen er hjertet af stuehuset, omgivet af en stor og velholdt græsplæne, den har liggestole, stole og borde.
