Calme, piscine agréable, jolie salle à manger intérieur, personnel des repas très sympathique.

Très chaud dans la chambre avec une climatisation bruyante plutôt obsolète. Prix de la visite + dégustation un peu excessif ( et on nous avait annoncé le prix de la dégustation comme le total). Aspect paysagé qui aurait pu être un peu plus ''travaillé ''.

We are an Agriturismo and not an hotel and the main difference is comunication, feel like home, having a relationship with all the staff and be indroduce in our '' family '' with our long history...... During your stay you never complain about nothing, sorry if we are a little bit surprised about this comment. Air Condition: THERE IS NO AIR CONDITION IN YOUR BOOKING, we introduced the portable one to try to help the guests during the extremely unexpected hot period arrived ( honestly we thought it was a nice uncharged surprise ) Prices for the guided tour of the historical cellar and wine testing are fixed on our main entrance door in order to be seen by all, without any surprise like the prices of our wines and extravirgin olive oil. We are under Belle Arti regulation, fortunately or unfortunately we cannod to in the exterior area what we wish. Have a nice day Roberta and all the staff SAN CASCIANO 34

Ejerens kommentar Gentile Signora Pannuzzi, grazie mille delle sue belle parole e un forte abbraccio al vostro principino. Tengo ancora una volta a precisare che eravate state informati che nella stanza che avete prenotato non era possibile mettere neanche l'aria condizionata portatile ed avevate i ventilatori. Nei servizi della struttura è chiaramente espresso che non è presente l'aria condizionata nelle stanze. La collega ai piani quotidianamente fa il riassetto e spruzza il prodotto antizanzare, nella vostra stanza è presente la zanzariera alla porta e gli antizanzare elettrici, mi rammarica che non avete detto questa cosa nei 5 giorni di soggiorno in modo da non dover essere argomento di commento negativo di recensione e di immediata risoluzione oltretutto. Every single member of staff was friendly, went out of their way to help you and could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. From Riberto who checked us in and helped with every query, Jeleanor the brilliant and fun wine expert to the restaurant staff and the countess - the friendliest and most wonderful host. The food at lunch and dinner weee fabulous and wine excellent too. We didn’t have a car so made the most of the pool, and restaurant. We loved our wine tour and tasting. We were very happy to be there on 15th August when the countess hostess a twilight picnic with live music. A really special and fun evening in the Belinda of their stunning estate.. we absolutely loved our stay. Found it to be reasonably priced for the service and food and drink they offered

We had a duplex. The downstairs had an air con unit but the upstairs only had a fan and it was incredibly hot at night. The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing especially when the rest of the food was so fabulous. The mosquitos were quite bad but they always had spray at meal times for the guests which was great. We were able to get drinks to the pool - only because we saw other guests doing it - they should advertise that more, as it was a lovely extra

We have no a bar open during the day but the staff, if you ask is honored to serve you as you have seen..... Our mood is not disturb the guests but be always reacheable. We are a bit surprised about your bad comment about the breakfast, next time advise during the stay because now ( you are at home )we cannot undestand your needs and try to solve any doubt. “Bon gîte pour découvrir le chianti”

- Situation du gîte à mi chemin entre Florence et Sienne (environ). A proximité également de supermarchés, restaurants, laverie, … Idéal pour visiter la région mais ce n’est pas le seul. - piscine très agréable

- un petit coup de neuf dans la cuisine, la salle de bain ne seraient pas de trop ainsi qu’une climatisation en état de marche. - pour le prix de la nuit (petits déjeuners en supplément), de la même manière il est dommage que la visite du domaine ne soit pas comprise ainsi qu’un petit panier « accueil » avec qq produits locaux. Je l’ai précisé à Roberta qui m’a dit que cela augmenterait le prix de la chambre….. Cela n’était pas le cas dans d’autres gîtes. Dommage surtout pour la visite du domaine !

At the same time I was surprised about your negative comments: in the booking you made there is NO AIR CONDITION in the room, so as arrived a so unexpected warm period we went fast to buy some portable ones in order to let have a more refresh in the rooms ( that is something don't due, like a present ) in the booking you made is specify that breakfast is not included, it will be extra charge in order to cover all the needs of our guests. The welcome basket, as I explained you, we provided in the past but managment decided to remove because we are close to supermarkets and guest can be free to buy their real needs and have a lower rate for the apartment ( the cost of the welcome basket is not only the cost of the food bought as you can imagine ), you told me that in another Agriturismo you payed less and you get the welcome basket but I also explained you all the reasons for the rates fork. Our building belongs to XXII ( notify also this ) it is impossible made a deep renovation because Belle Arti want to preserve the ancient buildings. As we explained in the Castle live our owner, it is a private area, what guests can visit free of charge is the garden in front of the Castle, what guests can visit extra charge under booking before is our historical cellar...... For your next holiday we warmly suggest you and all the guests to read carefuly the services, location explained in the web site and contact directly the Agriturismo.net office in order to have all informations important for you before booking, cominication is the base of all relationship. Très grand appartement, belle décoration avec intérieur typique toscan, belle piscine, excellent petit déjeuner et très bon dîner. Personnel très sympa et très pro. Belle vue et calme.

Matelas défoncés, inconfortables, plaques de cuisson de la cuisine qui ne marche pas. Tarif un oeu élevé pour la prestation offerte.

Personnel à l’écoute et réactif, Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, superbe piscine avec gazebo pour chaque chambre, très bon petit déjeuner, cadre très agréable ( notamment la terrasse pour petit déjeuner et diner). Merci beaucoup à Roberta, Jelena et Massimo pour votre gentillesse et conseils. Nous reviendrons.

La photo de la Tenuta sur le site peut être trompeuse, nous ne logeons pas chez la comtesse ;) Le petit déjeuner devrait être inclus dans le prix de la chambre,. Notre frigo de la chambre était un peu bruyant ( un peu vieux ?) Propriété calme la journée et le soir, mais un peu de passage voitures le matin, donc bruyant si votre chambre donne sur la route.

In the website of Agriturismo.net and everywhere else is clearly written that in our estate there in the Castle where underground there is our historical cellar and our events/weddings area, but rooms/apartments are in another building next with restaurant and swimming pool. “Cadre superbe. Personnel adorable.”

Première visite en Italie, les agritourismes nous avaient été chaudement recommandés et assurément nous avons été conquis par ce type d’y ébergement. Cette formule moitié maison d’hôtes et moitié hôtel est séduisante. Tenuta il corno est un très bel endroit. Un cadre superbe, reposant. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir des familles comme nous et les enfants ont noué des liens dès le premier jour. Notre hébergement était grand, spacieux, très propre. Le restaurant est vraiment très bien. Tout fait maison. Mention spéciale à Yelena, Massimo et Sylvia qui ont rendu ce séjour mémorable.

Le restaurant est parfois un peu long.

“Very nice stay”

The staff and accommodation was all amazing. We did the cookery course which was fabulous, although kids would have like to cook in the kitchen a bit more themselves. We also did the the wine tour and tasting was so very interesting as well The swim pool was added bonus too, lovely setting and nice to each have our own spot

Totally out of hosts control but the weather was so hot and the air con didn’t always work so one night it was too hot to sleep. Only thing that could be improved upon. Very minor detail

“Beau domaine d'agritourisme!”

Les paysages sont magnifiques. La piscine est grande et propre. Le service d'hébergement et le restaurant sont bien organisés. Les espaces extérieurs sont agréables et assez ombragés.

“It was a great experience for all of us. The stuff we’re so friendly and happy to have us there, I could see that. I definitely will recommend it to my family and friends. I would like to come back one day.”

The location, the place itself was so cozy and perfect. The food was beautiful. They were so kind to help us with preparing something special for my daughter who is allergic to eggs. She was just happy too

The only thing we can say about what they can do better is maybe air conditioner in the room we were. I don’t complain, for me was not a problem at all but my husband missed air conditioning in the room. They have a good worms fan there, but with 25/26 degrees at night that could be great (says my husband)

“Perfect wedding venue”

A lovely setting for a wedding! The food was absolutely, views fantastic and the staff very attentive! The cooking class is outstanding and highly recommended. A great location to explore Tuscany.

Wifi is available only outside as the signal is too poor to connect inside the rooms. Mosquitos were ferocious when dining outside in the evening.

“We had a wonderful time!”

The food and staff were wonderful; Our group of 12 had a cooking class with Maria Giulia and her staff, which was such an enjoyable and delicious experience. We all made ravioli and it was enjoyed by everyone! In addition to that we had a small family wedding and the staff and Maria Giulia all worked so hard to make it a very special time for us. The setting could not have been more romantic - it was quite special! The pool was great for the kids and adults.

I would say the lack of air conditioning was probably our only discomfort. It was quite warm the week we were there and the portable air conditioners were not set up yet. We were told they are used later in the summer. The issue was with leaving the windows open at night and the mosquitos - they seemed to work their way in even with the screens. No other negatives.

You booked FRANTOIO our accessible apartment on the ground floor, if you was not so happy about your choice you can asked to change it according to our availability and pay the difference with un upper category. About heater we have to follow the italian rules but is was extra wool blankets in case of needs. As we are in the countryside Wifi is not strong like in the city center but it is nice to cut off a little bit. We are a little bit surprised about your bad comments : we always says that you can ask to all out staff for anything, we saw you many times during your stay but you never told us nothing, you was happy at check out: tv are new generation, smart one, you can connet on internet and see what you wish ( we are here to assist you, you was free to call us ).... €10 each person is our guided tour of our historical cellar, our wine expert explain you the history of our place and the proceed to make our wine ( around belive me, price is higher ) Every day you had a reset up of your room, if you saw somenting wrong or not done in a perfect way according to your opinion, why are you not come in reception to advise? “Le Top en Toscane”

Hébergement simple mais propre et confortable dans d’authentiques anciens locaux idéalement situé en Toscane au milieu des principaux sites touristiques. L’accueil de la propriétaire et de son personnel est particulièrement chaleureux. Les repas servis sont exceptionnellement bons et illustrent bien la cuisine locale. Enfin le rapport qualité prix me semble excellent. Pour toutes ces raisons c'est le lieu de séjour touristique à choisir en Toscane.

Aucun aspect négatif qui mérite d’être mentionné.

“Lovely stay”

The property was soo nice. We are a swedish family with a 10 year old son! And we spent 2 night at this beautiful place. The room was large and clean and it had a beautiful viewv over hills (Cantina)! The location is good and the surroundings is lovely! The owner and the staff was very nice and the food in the restaurant was very good! It felt like home! We are very pleased with our stay and hope to return!

Tout était super! Chambre spacieuse;; bonne literie. Le paysage à couper le souffle; piscine grande avec un box réservé par chambre ( super idée).; jeux pour enfants de tout âge. Le petit déjeuner et les repas étaient excellents. Le personnel était au petit soin; Et la propriétaire juste géniale ! Visite des caves du domaine et dégustation des crus. En résumé, une parenthèse enchantée ! Un grand merci. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

“Exceptionnel”

Le domaine est superbe, les chambres tres agreables et spacieuses, la piscine egalement tres agreable et la vue sur la Toscane splendide. A cote de Florence donc tres pratique pour une viree en ville. Le restaurant est egalement tres bon et ouvert midi et soir - donc une tres bonne option a portee de main pour dejeuner ou diner.

“Had a very lovely stay”

Lovely restaurant, with very nice waiters. The pool surroundings were good and loved the individual “seatings” at the pool. And a very nice apartment - very spacious.

The beds were a little too soft to our liking. But guess just a matter of preference.

“In der Familie aufgenommen”

Wir sind von Maria (die Eigentümerin) und Lorenzo sehr herzlich empfangen. Bei Ankunft abends haben sie uns ein Tisch mit Sicht über das Tal eingerichtet. Jeden Abend hat Maria traumhaft gekocht und Lorenzo hat uns, und die andere Gäste, mit seine Spontanität und Humor dazu die beste Weine serviert. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Matratzen sehr gut Einrichtung Toskanisch authentisch so wie man sich wünscht wen man Urlaub in ein Agriturismo macht. Der Pool ist gross sauber und es gibt für jeder Gast eigene Liegen und Schirme Die Lage ist gut; Firenze erreicht man in 30 Minuten und Siena in circa 40 Minuten. Für uns ein perfektes Beispiel wie ein Agriturismo sein soll. Wir hatten einen Unfall mit unser Auto und Maria hat uns sofort Abgeholt, sie hat uns die Stadt gezeigt und wir haben noch etwas getrunken um uns zu beruchigen. Danach haben wir zusammen auf den Markt einkaufen für das Abendessen gemacht.

Mir mussten wieder nach Hause..........

“Formidable séjour”

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine. L'agriturismo est situé dans un cadre magnifique, le logement est très confortable, spacieux, chaleureux et parfaitement propre. Le personnel est très accueillant, aux petits soins. La cuisine de Maria Giulia est généreuse et délicieuse. L'agriturismo est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence, Sienne, San Giminiano, le Chianti,.....Nous y retournerons et nous le recommandons chaleureusement!

“Très beaux séjours entre amis”

Très belle et grande chambre. Petit-déjeuner très varié. Très bon accueil. Personnel vraiment sympathique et serviable. Restaurant très agréable avec grande terrasse. Patron vraiment aux petits soins. Aire de jeux pour les enfants. Magnifique piscine. Superbe vue sur les collines des alentours Possibilité de cuisiner dans l'appartement et de prendre l'apéritif et ses repas personnels sur la terrasse proche de celle du restaurant.

Pas d'air conditionné. Difficile en période très chaude

Agriturismo à proximité immédiate du Chianti, de Florence et non loin de San Gimignano et de Sienne. Cet agriturismo est idéalement placé pour de multiples excursions d'une journée. Je conseille fortement cet endroit à tout le monde. J'y retournerai moi-même très certainement même si je connais déjà bien la région.

Loction is perfect: in the middle of Tuscany, close to the hightlights you want to visit. Very nice view and surroundings. Good pool and good restaurant and of course: good wines. The staff is all very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant is gooed and the owner is also very friendly.

It can be very warm in de apartments on the first floor but there are electric fans. And bring musquito-repellent for the evenings.

Try the different wines of the Tenute! On advise of Barbara we visited Lucca (which was not on our list) and it was the best advise! Try to rent a bike in the visiting city's: Firenze and Lucca are very gooed to discover on a bicycle. If you are there in July or august: check the dates fot il Palio in Siena.

Vue superbe, piscine très agréable, restaurant très bon, petit déjeuner agréable et bien servi (8 euros)

Ejerens kommentar Bonjour et merci pour ces mots Nous avons choisit l'accèe au wifi avec enregistrement parce que selon la loi on peut offrir ce service seulement à nos clients Malheuresement (ou heureusement) les collines du CHIANTI ne permettent pas de bonnes connexions donc nous avons préparé un point Internet gratuit à la réception (SEULEMENT DETENTE) Nous avons eu point Internet gratuit dans l'annexe aussi mais sans aucun contrôle on avez toujours des problèmes, des pièces cassées etc...

Amazing place!!! The view, the hospitality, the apartment, the farm. Our two weeks there was not enough, we shall be back!!

The directions on how to get there first day included in the booking email were very difficult to follow....!!!!

Visit the local bar in the village, enjoy the warm hospitality of the locals.

“Relax e Ottima cucina”

Angela la receptionist e Giulia la cameriera ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, gentilissime e simpatiche, come tutto il personale. Gli appartamenti sono belli e puliti. L' agriturismo è molto ben curato e la tenuta è sterminata. La cucina della proprietaria è ottima, i prodotti sono freschi e genuini; il loro vino e olio ce lo siamo portati a casa. weekend "lungo" da rifare al più presto

Very sympathehic owner who accepted to make us visit her property. This accomodation is very close to Firenze et not far from the most touristic places (San Gimignano, Lucca, Siena). Very nice swimming pool to relax after a day visiting Tuscany! Wonderfull view on Chianti hills.

Lo más positivo es que está en plena toscana, en un ambiente rural y con bonitas vistas. El mantenimiento de la finca, el césped, la piscina, mesas, etc es muy bueno.

En el apartamento que nos tocó hacía mucho calor, sobre todo en la parte de arriba (el dormitorio estaba en el mismo espacio pero en un nivel más alto, subiendo unas escaleras). La ventana era también pequeña. Hay mosquitos que consiguen entrar a pesar de la mosquitera. Escasa cubertería.

Es un buen sitio para relajarse y hacer excursiones por la toscana en coche. Tienes que hacer compra antes de llegar mejor, incluido sal, detergente, etc. No olvides el bañador, la piscina resulta muy apetecible los días de calor. Solicita un apartamento fresco, o por lo menos que no tenga las camas en un nivel superior pegado al techo.

“Absolutely beautiful”

The pool was wonderful - clean, with a great view down the hillsides to grapevines and olive trees. We stayed in a 2BR apartment with another couple, and each room having its own bathrrom was great. We also had a table and chairs outside our door where we had lunches and evening meals looking out at the view. The restaurant in the reception building was about leaisurely 10minute walk down the road, served decent food and was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Swwet wine with biscotti highly recommended.
